Online Enrollment Portal
An enrollment system that moved 5,000 students online in one semester.
A private school still did enrollment on paper, with long lines every semester.
What I did
- Built student sign-up, subject selection and payment upload
- Made an admin dashboard for the registrar
- Trained staff and wrote a simple guide
Result: enrollment time dropped from 3 days of lines to about 20 minutes online.
