A developer in Laguna needed a safe and cost-efficient structure for a 12-storey condominium.
What I did
- Modeled and analyzed the building in ETABS
- Optimized column sizes to save concrete and steel
- Prepared structural plans for the building permit
Result: the design saved about ₱9 million in materials and passed permit review on the first submission.
