Pricing and renewal

All prices are in Philippine pesos and cover the first year of service unless stated otherwise. Package prices may change at any time; the price confirmed to you at the time of purchase is the price you pay for that order.

Annual renewal applies. Your hosting renews yearly, and so does your domain if your package includes one. Renewal price may be subject to minimal adjustments based on current domain and hosting rates, since these are set by our domain registrar and hosting provider. We'll send your renewal rate and a reminder before your renewal date. If a renewal isn't paid, your website may be taken offline and your domain may become available for others to register.

Discounts and partner rates

Student and partner school rates require valid proof, such as a school ID, Certificate of Registration, diploma, or transcript. Partner rates already include a discount and aren't combined with the student discount. We may end or adjust any discount program at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Delivery timelines

Our stated turnaround times, such as 1 to 3 business days for template websites and 5 to 7 business days for custom design, begin once we receive your complete content and your payment. Incomplete details, unclear photos, or slow replies to our questions will extend these timelines, and delivery may also take longer when there are many orders in queue. Delivery times exclude weekends and Philippine holidays.

Domain names

Domain availability is never guaranteed until the domain is actually registered. We ask for backup choices because your preferred name may be taken or reserved. Domains are registered under your name and are subject to the registrar's rules, including their transfer and expiration policies.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos, text, logos, and project samples you send us. By submitting them, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don't break any law or third-party right. We may decline or remove content that appears unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing.

Results and career outcomes

A portfolio website is a tool to present your work. We can't promise that it will get you a job, clients, interviews, a specific number of visitors, or any particular search engine ranking. Basic SEO setup helps your website be found, but search results depend on many factors outside our control.

Third-party services

Our service relies on outside providers, including domain registrars, hosting providers, and payment channels. Outages, price changes, policy changes, or delays on their side may affect your website or delivery. We'll do our best to resolve issues, but we aren't liable for the actions of these providers.

Website availability

We aim to keep every website online and backed up daily, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical problems, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

Our website and client websites may link to other websites. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, PortfolioMo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost income, or lost data, arising from the use of our services or website. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
